The Mooncup is a soft silicone cup that can be reused for every period. Correctly inserted the Mooncup is so comfortable that you can't feel it's there. With a little practice you'll be amazed how simple it is to use. The Mooncup is folded and inserted into the vagina and opens up once it's inside.
You will need to remove and empty every 4 - 8 hours depending on your flow. (When I'm out and about I just carry a small bottle of water in my bag; rinse and go!)
